CANCELLATION POLICY:
You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply:
1. The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (electronically or by phone).
2. The product(s) must be in its original condition and the special markings (e.g. protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed.
3. The return parcel must include the completed RETURN FORM and the corresponding RETAIL PROOF.

When your return is received by our company, we will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of the new product(s) and proceed with their shipment. Before receiving the returned items, our company does not make a reservation/commitment of new product(s).
B. MONEY REFUND:
In order to proceed with the refund, please fill in the necessary information, iban, bank name and beneficiary name in the relevant fields of the form.
The process is completed within 20 working days from the date we receive your return.
